Sri Mahalingeshwara Trading Company

Working at Sri Mahalingeshwara Trading Company means spending a lot of time in room 303 of the Nightingale building. We are located in Raheja Woods, which is a pretty nice part of Kalyani Nagar. The office feels a bit like a home because the building is part of a residential complex. It is actually quite peaceful in the mornings before the trading day really kicks off. We have a small balcony where we keep a few plants that mostly look thirsty. Most of our day is spent staring at screens or talking to suppliers about shipping dates. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Kalyani Nagar has changed a lot over the years, with more cafes and shops popping up, but our routine stays mostly the same. We deal with a lot of numbers and logistics, which can get a bit tiring by four o'clock. We don't have any big corporate meetings or fancy presentations here. It is just a few of us sitting around a table trying to make sure the orders are moving smoothly. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed, but usually, we wrap up when the sun starts to set over the trees in the woods nearby. It is just a regular trading job, and we focus on the practical side of things without making it sound more complicated than it really is.
