Spry Jobs.Com is based out of the Krishna Kewal Township in Kondhwa, Pune. We are specifically in the K2 Building at Flat Number 36. Kondhwa is a bustling part of town, and the township is a massive place with lots of different buildings. It took us a little while to get settled in, but now we’re part of the furniture here. We work on job placements and recruitment stuff. It’s basically about connecting people who need work with people who need workers. Our office is a simple setup with a few computers and some very busy phones. Being in a township means we’re surrounded by families and other small businesses, which makes the atmosphere feel very lived-in. We don’t do any of that high-pressure corporate talk. We just listen to what people are looking for and see if we can help them out. The K2 building is easy to reach once you’re inside the main gates. We often have people dropping by with their resumes, so there’s always someone coming or going. It’s a bit hectic sometimes, especially on Mondays, but we like the energy. We’ve been doing this for a bit and we’ve learned that being direct is the best way to handle things. We just do our bit from our little corner of Pune and try to keep things moving as best as we can.
