If you’ve ever walked around Sadashiv Peth, you know how crowded it gets. We are located at 1466, right in the middle of all that Pune 30 chaos. Our office is small and filled with files. Most of the time, the fans are clicking and someone is complaining about the heat. We do management work, which mostly means we handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls. It’s not the kind of job that looks good in a movie. It’s about checking lists and making sure things are where they should be. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout over the phone. We don't have a big corporate board or anything. It's just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We know the shopkeepers nearby and usually get our lunch from the same place every day. Some people think management is some big complicated thing, but for us, it’s just about showing up and dealing with whatever mess comes in that morning. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook still work best. If someone walks in, they’ll probably see us arguing about which file goes where. It’s a real place with real people who get tired and drink too much tea. We’re just here doing our bit in the Peth. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular office trying to stay on top of things.
