Spica Training Placement & Consultancy Services

Our office, Spica Training Placement & Consultancy Services, is at 108 Shivaji Nagar on Sidhnath Road. We are in Pragati Tower, which is right in front of the Shivaji Nagar Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means it is always noisy and crowded outside, but it makes it very easy for people to find us. We have a few rooms where we do our training and some desks for the consultancy side of things. It’s not a fancy office building, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time helping people learn new skills and then trying to find them a place to work. There are always people coming in and out, especially students who just hopped off a bus. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture has seen better days, but we don't mind. We focus more on the work we are doing at the desks. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting with whoever is in the room. Sidhnath Road is a busy stretch, and Pragati Tower is a landmark for a lot of folks. We keep a lot of records on our computers and in big binders on the shelves. It’s a busy environment most days. We just keep things running as best as we can without making it too complicated for anyone.
