Specific Mechatronics Pvt.Ltd. is located out at Gat No.83 on Kondanpur Road. It’s in Taluka Bhor, so it is a bit removed from the main city noise and the heavy traffic. The drive out to Ranje is actually quite nice, especially during the monsoon season when everything in the hills turns green. Our facility is a mix of a workshop and a small lab area. Since we deal with mechatronics, we have a lot of tiny electronic components sitting right next to heavy mechanical parts. It’s a bit of a weird contrast. Some days we are soldering small boards under a magnifying glass, and other days we are using heavy wrenches on a metal frame. The air is much cleaner out here than in the city, which is a nice plus for us. We don’t have a massive team, just a few dedicated people who know their way around a circuit diagram. The building is functional and nothing more. We have a small area for making tea and a lot of shelf space for all the components we keep in stock. Sometimes getting parts delivered all the way out to Bhor takes a bit longer than we would like, so we have to plan things out well in advance. It is a quiet place to work, which helps when you need to focus on something technical. We don't do a lot of fancy presentations. We just build things, test them out, and then test them again. It’s a steady rhythm that seems to suit the location quite well.
