Speciality Bakers Llp

If you are looking for us, we are right near Bhaba Hospital in Shivaji Nagar. The shop is 11A, over at Plot 389 in Model Colony. It is a busy little corner of the world. Speciality Bakers Llp has been operating out of this spot for a bit, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. Being so close to the hospital means there are always people walking by, at all hours of the day and night. We are just a small team of people who like to bake. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to get through. We spend most of our time in the back, making sure the ovens are at the right temperature and everything is cleaned up for the next day. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat, but that is just part of the job. We don't really do the whole fancy marketing thing. We just open up the shutters every morning and start the work. Model Colony is a nice place to be, and we have gotten to know a lot of the regulars who stop in while they are out running errands. Some days are slow and others are completely frantic, but that is just how a small business goes. We are just happy to be here in Shivaji Nagar doing this.
