We're up on the second floor of United Apartment, number 37, right on East Street in the Camp area. Sparkles Beauty Parlour And Academy has been sitting here next to the LIC building for quite some time. Being in Camp means it's always busy outside, but once you climb the stairs to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. We run a parlor but we also have the academy part where we teach. It's a lot of work balancing both, but we manage. The space is filled with mirrors, chairs, and training heads for the students. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local spot where people come to get their hair done or learn the craft. Pune 411001 is a central place, so we get people coming from all over.
