Spantek Projects

Down at 7 Amir Terrace in the Al-Ameen Society area of Gultekdi, you’ll find Spantek Projects. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, though things get pretty hectic when a big project is in the middle of everything. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. The office is basically just a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We handle various projects and coordination stuff. It isn't the kind of place that looks like a corporate headquarters you see in the movies. It’s more of a functional room where we figure out logistics and make sure things are moving along. Gultekdi has a specific vibe to it and we feel like we fit in pretty well. Most of us have lived around here or nearby for years. We aren't big on using fancy words or trying to impress people with big presentations. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized, which is harder than it sounds sometimes. The door is usually open if the weather is nice. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. If a project has a hiccup, we sit down and work it out. There’s no secret to it, just putting in the hours and making sure the details don't get lost in the shuffle. It's a decent way to spend the day.
