Our place is just at House No. 1 in Shendursani, near Arni. We set up Soyafarma Farmer Producer Company because a few of us felt we could do better if we worked as one group instead of everyone going their own way. Farming soya and other things takes a lot out of you, especially around here where resources aren't always easy to find. We aren't some massive corporation. We're just neighbors. Most days are spent looking at the fields or talking about prices. It’s simple, really. We wanted a way to manage our harvests and maybe get a better handle on the supplies we need. Being in a small spot like Shendursani means everyone knows everyone. We operate out of a regular house, nothing fancy about it. We do the math, check the crops, and try to keep things moving. It’s not always smooth sailing. There are bad years and okay years. But we stay at it. Soyafarma is just our way of keeping the local farming going without too much outside interference. We handle the heavy lifting and the sorting. It’s just how life is here. We focus on the work, the soil, and making sure the bags get filled. That's the main thing we do every day. We don't have any big marketing plans, just the hope that the rain comes on time and the seeds grow well enough to pay the bills for another year.
