Sourceone Management Services

Sourceone Management Services operates out of Ahmednagar in Maharashtra. We share space with Net Connect India. It’s not a huge city like Mumbai, but there is plenty of work to keep us occupied here. We focus on management services, which basically means we help other companies keep their stuff in order. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace where we can focus on the tasks we have each day. Working in Ahmednagar is a bit different than the big metros. It feels a bit more personal. We know most of the people we work with fairly well. We don't spend time writing big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, check our lists, and start working through the management tasks. It could be anything from handling records to organizing schedules. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. The office is a good size for the team we have. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s just how things are here, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It's honest work.
