Source One Professionals

We are based out of Pune, specifically working in coordination with various departments and companies like Greenways Health Care. Our setup is mostly about making sure different parts of the business are talking to each other properly. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. Source One Professionals is really just a group of us who handle the logistics and the back-and-forth between offices. The Pune office stays busy because there’s always something that needs to be sorted out between the different teams. It can be a bit tiring when there are delays, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure people are where they need to be. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps things running. Sometimes we have to go over to the Greenways Health Care site to check on things in person. The traffic in Pune can make those trips take longer than they should. We usually just grab a quick lunch and get back to the paperwork. There’s always a list of things to do, and it seems like as soon as we finish one thing, two more pop up. We just keep at it, day by day, making sure the coordination side of things doesn't fall apart. It's steady work for a small team that likes to stay busy.
