Solis Engineering & Automotive

Our place is at 201 in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, right there on the Viman Nagar Cornar. It is a big industrial area, so there is always the sound of machines and metal clanging nearby. We focus on engineering and automotive parts, which means our hands are usually dirty by ten in the morning. The shop floor has a lot of heavy machinery and we have to be careful where we step. It isn't the kind of place where you wear nice clothes. We have some desks in the corner for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the floor. Solis Engineering & Automotive has been operating out of this spot for a while. The Viman Nagar Cornar gets really packed during the shift changes, so we try to get our deliveries out early. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker a bit, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't really have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us wearing overalls and looking at a blueprint or a broken engine part. It is loud and dusty, but that is just the nature of engineering work in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and get through the jobs as they come in.
