Sojai Hatcheries Private Limited is located over in Shivaji Nagar. If you know Nashik at all, you probably know where the Datta Mandir is. We are right near there, in Time Residency at Flat No 14. It’s a busy part of town but we like being centrally located. Handling a hatchery takes a lot of attention to detail and daily work. We aren't a huge conglomerate or anything like that. Just a private company running out of a residential area. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the neighborhood, but that’s just life in Nasik. We started this because we saw a need in the local poultry market. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons dealing with the logistics. Living and working in the 422006 area code means we see the same faces every day. It's nice to have that connection with the community. We don't use fancy brochures to tell our story. We just do the work. If you come by Time Residency, you might see us coming and going. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for our administrative needs. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to be something we aren't. It’s about the birds and the business, really. Maharashtra has been a good place to grow this. We’ve been here a while now and we know the local market well. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure everything runs smoothly, but we handle it day by day.
