Social Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at House No 144 in Ward No 2, over in Inzapur. It’s a small place, really just a room where we keep our records and meet up. Most of us in the group have been farming these small plots of land for our whole lives. We started this company because we realized that one person alone can’t do much when the big buyers come around. We have all sorts of crops depending on the time of year, and we try to share the tools and the knowledge we have. It’s a noisy place sometimes when everyone shows up at once to talk about the harvest. We don't really have a big staff, just us and a couple of people who know how to handle the computer. Inzapur is a quiet village for the most part, until harvest time hits. Then everyone is busy and stressed. We try to make it easier by grouping our stuff together. It’s not always smooth sailing, and sometimes we disagree on what to do next, but that’s just how people are. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make sure the families here get a fair deal for their hard work. There’s a lot of dust and sweat involved in what we do every day. We just take it one day at a time and hope the season is kind to us. It's a lot of work but it's our life.
