We are Smita Exports Pvt. Ltd., and we’re located on the 3rd floor of Hira Mansion on Paud Road in Karve Nagar. It's right next to the Vijay Company and just across from the Vanaz Factory. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always plenty of traffic and noise. Our team works out of this office, handling all the details that go into exporting goods. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to customs agents. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get things done. We have a few computers that have seen better days but they still work. We like being in Karve Nagar because it’s easy for everyone to get to. Sometimes we have meetings that go late, and we just order some food from the place around the corner. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do to keep things going. It's a lot of physical paperwork still, even with everything being digital these days. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. But our daily routine stays pretty much the same. It's just about getting those shipments out on time and keeping the paperwork organized. It might be a bit loud outside with the traffic on Paud Road, but we’re used to it.
