Smiling Farmers Seeds Private Limited

We operate out of 67 Pramodnagar in Sector-2, over in Deopur. Our main thing is seeds, which is where everything starts for a farmer. If the seed isn't right, nothing else really matters much later on. We aren't a giant corporation, just a private group focused on getting the right stuff into the hands of people who plant. Being in Deopur gives us a good central spot to reach the local farming community. People come by the office and we talk about what they need for the next season. It's a lot of looking at different varieties and making sure the quality is what it should be. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but that's just part of the job. We don't spend much on fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our time goes into the technical side of the seeds themselves. It is a slow process, waiting for things to grow and seeing how they turn out, but you can't rush nature. The name Smiling Farmers Seeds reflects what we hope happens when the harvest comes in good. We know the struggles because we see it every day. It's just a small team of us here at Pramodnagar working through the seasons. We keep our doors open and try to be helpful when someone has a question about what to plant when the rains start. It is a lot of responsibility to get it right for everyone.
