Smart Processors

We’re located in Chinchwad, Pune, over at Giriraj Housing Society in the Bijalinagar area. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes the workday feel a bit more grounded than being in a massive glass office tower. Smart Processors is basically what it says on the tin—we process things. It’s a lot of data, a lot of forms, and a lot of double-checking numbers to make sure nothing got missed. The office is pretty simple, with a few fans whirring away and stacks of paper here and there. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and talk until it comes back on. That’s just part of living and working in Pune. We don’t have a corporate handbook telling us how to smile; we just act like normal people. If a mistake happens, we own up to it and fix it. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and we like the local feel of the place. It’s not a flashy life, but it’s steady. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks at hand. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a big marketing pitch. We just process what needs processing and go home to our families at the end of the day.
