We’ve been here at 227 Hadapsar Gadital for a while now. It’s right across from Amar Nagari, which most people in Pune know well because of the traffic at the junction. Our space isn't fancy or anything like those big corporate offices you see in the IT parks. It’s just us working every day, trying to keep things running smoothly. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s a bit quieter, giving us time to catch up on paperwork. People usually find us easily because the Gadital area is such a landmark. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who walk in. The building has been around for a bit, so it has that lived-in feel. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We keep our files organized on old wooden desks. It gets pretty loud outside with the buses and rickshaws constantly moving, but inside we just focus on what needs doing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a small group of us here in Hadapsar. We eat lunch together most days and talk about stuff happening in the neighborhood. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the main road. We are usually here until late evening, just finishing up the daily tasks. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who come by.
