The factory at Midc Ranjangaon Ganpati 542/545 is a busy place most days. We are right in the middle of the industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks and other machinery nearby. Inside our unit, it’s all about sheet metal. We have these big machines that cut and press the metal into the shapes we need. It’s loud and you have to wear earplugs if you want to keep your hearing. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we have a good rhythm going. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. By the end of the shift, everyone has dust and metal shavings on their clothes. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. There’s just a small desk in the corner where we keep the paperwork and the logs. The heat from the machines makes the air thick, especially during the summer months. We just open the big shutters and hope for a breeze. We focus on getting the components right so they fit whatever they’re being used for. If a batch isn’t quite right, we have to start over or fix it manually. It’s tedious work sometimes, but it’s what we do. We don't have time for fancy speeches about quality. We just look at the parts and make sure they're what the customer asked for. It’s a straightforward industrial life here in the plant.
