Sivananda Electronics

If you go out towards Kolhar, in the Rahata area of Ahmednagar district, that’s where you will find Sivananda Electronics. We are set up right there in the village, which is a nice change from the big city noise. Most of the folks who come to us are local farmers or people from the nearby towns who need their electronics looked at. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main district center, but the roads aren't too bad usually. We started this place because we saw a lot of people had to travel really far just to get a simple repair done. Now they just drop things off here and pick them up later. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a room with some benches and plenty of spare parts for whatever comes through the door. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive from the city, but people around here are patient and understand how it goes. We know almost everyone who walks in by name, which makes the work feel more like helping out friends than just running a business. Ahmednagar can get pretty dry and dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves. It’s a quiet life in Kolhar, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a good way to spend the day.
