Sispl

Sispl is located in Chinchwad, Pune. We are actually based in an apartment building called Aiswarya Apartment in Prem Lok Park. It’s Flat No-15, where Amitav Mishra and the rest of the team work from. It doesn’t look like a traditional office from the outside since it’s a residential area, but it works for what we do. It’s a lot quieter than being in the main city market. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and we spend most of our time on our computers. Being in an apartment means we have a small kitchen and a balcony, which is nice for breaks. We aren't some huge tech giant with a campus. We are just a small group doing our thing from a flat. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all the equipment coming in and out. We try to keep things low-key. We handle various technical projects and system work. It’s mostly just us focused on the screens and trying to meet our deadlines. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and open it. It’s a very informal environment, which suits us just fine. We like the convenience of being in Chinchwad. It’s a straightforward setup for a small business like ours, and we just keep it moving.
