Sip Academy Learning Cente

Our Sip Academy Learning Cente is over in the Padmavati area. We are located at B5/12 in the Gururaj Society, right off Satara Road. This is a residential society, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. We have a small space here where we set up our learning sessions. It’s a simple room with some mats and small tables for the kids. Because it's in a society, we know most of the neighbors and they know us quite well. We’ve been operating from this Pune address for a while now. It’s not a big commercial center with glass doors. It’s more like a local community spot. We mostly see children from the nearby buildings. The walk from the main road isn't too long, so it’s easy for parents to drop their kids off. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who manage the daily activities. We handle everything ourselves, from the teaching to the basic upkeep of the room. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make more space for a larger group. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't use any complicated systems. We just write things down and keep track of the kids. It’s a practical, local learning center that fits into the neighborhood. We are usually here until the last kid goes home and the building gets quiet.
