Sindrella Beauty Parlour

If you walk through Dhorenagar, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s not a huge place, just a simple parlour where we handle hair, threading, and the usual things people need. We opened up here because it’s a good neighborhood and people always need a trim or a quick clean-up before a wedding or a party. The chairs are comfortable enough, and we try to keep the mirrors clean, though the hair gets everywhere no matter how much we sweep. It gets really loud in here on Saturday afternoons when everyone wants their eyebrows done at the same time. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the regulars. We’ve known some of the ladies who come here for years, and we’ve seen their kids grow up. It’s more about the conversation and the community than anything else. Sometimes the water pressure isn't great, or we run out of a specific shade of nail polish, but we make it work. It’s a very local kind of place. We don’t have fancy brochures or a website that looks like a magazine. We just have our tools and a sign out front. People stop by after finishing their shopping or on their way home from work. It’s just a normal day-to-day business in Dhorenagar, and we like it that way because it feels like home to us.
