Our company, Sidhivinayak Aesthetics Pvt Ltd, is tucked away in Chinchwad at the address D/3/A/60. It’s in a bit of an industrial patch, so it’s not the kind of place you just stumble upon while walking down the street. We’ve been operating from this unit for a while, and it has become like a second home to us. The space is divided into a small office area and a larger workspace where the real activity happens. We deal with aesthetics, but the actual day-to-day is much less glamorous than it sounds. There is usually a lot of paperwork on the desks and pieces of equipment waiting to be moved. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just show up every morning and get to work on whatever projects are currently on the table. Chinchwad can get very hot and dusty, especially in the afternoons, so we usually have a few fans going to keep the air moving. It’s a private limited company by name, but the atmosphere inside is very casual and relaxed. We know our neighbors in the other units and sometimes we stop to chat near the gates. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on finishing the jobs we have and making sure the bills are paid. It’s a practical way to run a business in this part of town.
