Sidel India Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Mhalunge MIDC area of Chakan. If you know anything about Chakan, you know it’s a massive hub for all sorts of manufacturing. Our facility is right in the thick of it. It’s a big space that combines our office work with a large area for our technical equipment. We focus on the engineering side of packaging, so there’s always something being tested or assembled on the floor. It’s not a quiet place. There are always people moving around, parts being shifted, and the general hum of an active workshop. We don't go in for corporate polish or fancy speeches. We’re mostly engineers and technicians who just want to see the machines running right. The commute to Chakan can be tough because of all the heavy truck traffic on the roads, but being in MIDC is necessary for what we do. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area grow a lot. Our workspace is practical. We have some desks for the paperwork and plenty of room for the hardware. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we’re in the middle of a big project, but we manage to get it sorted out. We don't spend much time on marketing. Most of our work comes from people who know we can handle the technical stuff. It’s a busy, functional place where we just focus on doing our jobs properly every day.
