Siddheshwar Geared For The Future is the name on the sign, and we are situated at Pimpri Mangaldas Market A 49-51. Despite the name, we are a pretty traditional shop. We deal with gears and various mechanical parts that factories and small workshops need. Being in Mangaldas Market means it’s always chaotic outside with carts and trucks moving around. Inside our space, it’s mostly just rows of metal parts and the smell of industrial oil. I’ve spent many years here, and I can tell you where almost every bolt is kept. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we just know. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy metal pieces and sorting through bins. People come to us when they have a machine that broke down. They bring in a worn-out gear, and we try to find a match or something that works. It’s dusty and the lighting isn't great, but we get things done. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just about having the right parts for the people who work in the market and nearby. We stay open as long as the market is busy. My clothes are always dirty by the end of the shift. It’s just the way it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a reliable spot in Pimpri for these kinds of parts.
