Shuken Systems

Shuken Systems is tucked away in Pune. We don’t have a massive sign or a huge office building, but we’ve been around for a while doing our thing. Being in a city like Pune means there is always competition and a lot of noise, but we just focus on the systems work we know how to do. The office is a simple place where we keep our tools and computers. It’s not the kind of spot where you’ll find fancy lounge areas or free snacks, but it’s where we feel at home. Most of our day is spent looking at technical specs or troubleshooting problems that pop up. It can be a bit repetitive, but there is a certain satisfaction in finally getting something to work after hours of poking at it. We’re a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no need for big meetings when you can just shout across the room to get an answer. We often go out together for tea at the stall down the street when we need a break from the screens. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do a decent job and head home to our families at the end of the day. Pune is a great place to be for this kind of work, even with the traffic and the heat. I guess that’s about it for our little office here.
