Shubhangi Interior

Our office is on the third floor of the Lysha Enclave Building, which is Shop No 13 on Salunke Vihar Road in Khondhwa. Being on the third floor means we get a little bit of exercise every day, especially when the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. It’s a busy building and we’ve been here for a good while now. The space inside is mostly filled with catalogs, fabric hangers, and stacks of tile samples that we keep meaning to organize. We spend a lot of time sitting at our computers trying to get the layouts just right, but the best part of the day is always when we go to the actual sites. Salunke Vihar Road is a lively spot, so there is always something going on outside our window. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be talking to a client about colors, and the next day I’m helping carry a heavy piece of glass up some stairs. We don't have any polished scripts for when people call. We just talk like normal people. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how to fix a problem on a job site. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but we always figure it out. We aren't looking to be famous, just to keep the shop running and do work that we can be okay with.
