Shroot Farms Llp

Shroot Farms Llp is based right in the heart of Pune at 375 Narayan Peth. We are on Laxmi Road, near the old Gokhale Hall, which is a very crowded and busy part of the city. It might seem strange to have a farm-related business in such an urban area, but this is where we manage all our work from. The street outside is always full of shoppers and traffic, but inside our office, we are busy coordinating everything that happens on the land. Narayan Peth has a lot of history and we like being in this part of town even if parking is a total nightmare. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through schedules to make sure things are moving at the farms. We started this because we wanted to bridge the gap between the city and the rural areas where the actual growing happens. It is a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth communication, but it keeps us busy. We don't have any fancy displays or a showroom; it is just a practical space where we get the business side of farming done. Pune is a fast-growing city and being on Laxmi Road keeps us right in the middle of the action. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity, just a small team of people trying to keep the farm side of things organized while living in the city. It is tough work but we enjoy the challenge.
