We have our setup on the first floor of Sajjan Plaza. If you know Chinchwad, we are right across from Hindustan Bakery near Chafekar Chowk. It’s a busy area in Pune, and Janata Bank is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The plaza has those typical stairs that can be a bit steep when you’re carrying a heavy bag of books. Inside, it’s just a regular coaching space. We have some wooden benches and a couple of whiteboards that have seen a lot of use. It’s not one of those fancy air-conditioned centers you see in the mall. We just rely on the ceiling fans and keeping the windows open when the weather allows it. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but mostly we just focus on the lessons. We don't have a big staff here, just a couple of us who handle everything from the teaching to making sure the lights are off at night. Most of our students come from the nearby neighborhoods in Chinchwad. They usually hear about us from their friends or family. We don’t spend money on big posters or flyers. It’s a very plain environment. We keep a stack of extra papers and some old pens on the desk just in case someone forgets theirs. It’s just how we run things day to day. We show up early, get the rooms ready, and wait for the students to arrive.
