You can find Shriniwas Fabrico Pvt Ltd over on Bhandarkar Road in Deccan Gymkhana. We are on the second floor of the Shreeman Building, right across from the Titan watch showroom. It’s a well-known area in Pune. We work with different types of fabrics and textiles. Our office is full of cloth rolls and little scrap pieces of material. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to weavers and looking at new samples that come in. It’s a tactile job, you have to feel the fabric to know if it’s good. We don’t have a huge staff or any fancy corporate titles. We just know our trade. Most of our days are spent checking orders and making sure the quality is what it should be. The Shreeman Building is an older place, so it feels a bit more traditional than the new malls. We like it that way. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we just watch the traffic on Bhandarkar Road from our window. Other times it’s a bit chaotic with deliveries. We just take it as it comes. It’s a steady business and we’re happy to be here.
