Our place is at unit number 10 in the Kothrud Industrial Estate on Karve Road in Pune. It is an old industrial area, and we have been part of it for a long time. The workshop is usually full of noise from the machines we use to make our equipment. It smells like metal and oil most of the time, which is what you would expect in a factory. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. They know how to handle the heavy stuff and they don't mind getting their hands dirty. Karve Road is always packed with traffic, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a hassle in the afternoons. We don't have a showroom or anything polished. If you come by, you will see us in our work clothes moving parts around or checking the inventory. We spend a lot of time fixing things or trying to figure out why a machine isn't running quite right. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We usually eat our lunch together in the small area near the front gate. The estate has changed over the years with new shops popping up nearby, but our unit stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing the orders we have on the board for the week.
