Shreeya Industries

Shreeya Industries is located at D/41 in Baramati. It’s an industrial plot where we spend most of our time around machines and raw materials. The sound of the cutters and the presses is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. We aren't a huge factory, just a decent-sized shed with enough space for our equipment and a small office area. It gets really warm in the summer, so we have to take breaks when it gets too much. We make parts and handle industrial orders that come in from around the region. Most of the guys here live close by, so we’ve known each other for a long time. There’s always a bit of dust in the air and the smell of metal shavings. We don't really have a front lobby or anyone to greet you at the door; you usually just walk in and find whoever isn't busy with a machine. We spend a lot of time checking the specs on drawings and making sure the output is right. It’s not a glamorous job, and we usually go home with dirty clothes and tired arms. We’ve been at this for several years now, just keeping the machines running and filling the orders as they come. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We just keep the machines oiled and the floors swept as best as we can.
