We are Shreepks Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited, and you can find us over at Babhalwadi, near Post Pimpalner. The office, if you want to call it that, is at Hanuman Sakharam Nirdhar’s place, number 16. It is a small setup because we spend most of our time out where the actual work happens. Farming in this part of the world takes a lot out of you, so we figured forming a group would help us manage the load. We aren't experts at marketing or anything like that; we just know how to grow things and how to help each other out when the harvest comes in. Being in Babhalwadi means we are a bit tucked away, but everyone around here knows us. We deal with the usual stuff like seeds, fertilizers, and trying to get a fair price for what we produce. Sometimes things go well, and sometimes we have a rough year, but that is just how it goes with land. We didn't want to be a big company with a lot of rules, so we keep things pretty informal. If someone has a problem with their crop, we talk about it over tea at the post office or near the fields. Shreepks Agro is just our way of staying organized so we don't get lost in the shuffle. It’s local, it’s honest, and it’s how we make a living. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
