Shree Sai Mens Parler

We set up shop here in Karve Nagar quite some time ago. It’s Shop No. 1, right on the main road near Hingne Budrukh. Most people around here know where we are. It’s a simple place for men to come and get a haircut or a shave. We have a few chairs and the usual mirrors. It gets pretty crowded on Sunday mornings when everyone wants to look sharp for the week ahead. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long out on the sidewalk. The shop isn't big, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve lived in Pune for years, so we know most of the regulars by name. They come in, talk about the cricket or the weather, and we get to work. Sometimes the clippers need a bit of oil or the floor needs another sweep, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have any fancy music playing, just the sound of the scissors and people chatting. The location is convenient because the bus stops right nearby. It’s been our daily routine for a long time. We open early and stay until the last customer is done. It’s just honest work in a neighborhood we like. You can see the sign from the road easily. We just focus on giving a decent cut and making sure people feel alright when they leave the chair. No frills, just a regular local barber shop. People from the area just drop by when they need to.
