Shree Kshemankari Novelties

Our shop, Shree Kshemankari Novelties, is located near Wonder City in the Vrundavan Vihar area. It is on Dharnidhar Road in Vasna Katraj. It is a nice part of town and we have been here for a few years now. We sell all sorts of small things like hair pins, toys, and gift items for festivals. It is mostly a family business. My wife helps me out with the displays because she has a better eye for where things should go. The shop is not huge, so we have to use every bit of space we have. Even the ceiling has things hanging from it sometimes. We are not a big supermarket where you do not know anyone. Here, we talk to our customers and ask about their families. Sometimes the weather gets very hot and the shop feels a bit stuffy, but we keep the door open for the breeze. We do not have a big sign with bright lights, just a simple one so people know who we are. It is a lot of work to keep track of all the small items we sell. Sometimes I lose my pen or my glasses in the middle of all the stock. But we manage to get through the day. We are just local people serving the local community here in Katraj. It is a decent way to earn a living.
