Shree Krishna Novelty

We are located right by the Manimanjra Bus Stand in the Yerwada area. Our shop address is 191. Being so close to the main bus stand means it’s almost always loud outside and there’s always a crowd of people moving around. We sell novelty items and various small things that travelers or people living nearby might need. The shop is quite narrow, but we’ve made the most of the space by putting up lots of hooks and shelves on the walls. I’ve been working here for about five years now. The owner is a local man who has lived in Yerwada for his whole life. We see all kinds of different people coming through here every day. Sometimes it's just someone waiting for their next bus who wants to look around to pass the time. We keep a lot of different things in stock, from basic stationery to small toys for kids. It can get a bit chaotic when a big bus arrives and everyone crowds into the shop at once. We just do our best to help everyone out as quickly as we can. The shop doesn't have any air conditioning, so we keep the old ceiling fan going all day long to stay cool. It’s a very practical place for regular people. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or modern. We just stay open every day and make sure the shelves aren't empty. It’s hard work but we enjoy the daily company.
