Shramsaflya Agritech Producer Company Limited is based out of Takarkhed, at house number 289. We are in the Chikhli area of Buldana district, right in the heart of the farming belt here. Our setup is pretty modest. We use a local house as our main base of operations. It’s not a shiny office building, but it’s where we do all our planning and meeting. We deal with agritech, but in a very grounded way. We aren't trying to sell high-tech gadgets that nobody knows how to use. We just look for better ways to do the traditional work we've always done in Takarkhed. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, weather, and how to get things to the market in Buldana without them spoiling. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some days things go smooth and other days we are fighting with the equipment or the rain. We don't put on any airs about being a big company. We are just local folks trying to use what we know to help our neighbors. If you come by, you'll probably find us sitting around a table with some tea, looking over spreadsheets or talking to a vendor. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. We just want to keep the farm work moving forward. It’s practical, honest work and we try to do it the best we can every day. It's just how we live.
