You can find us at Subash Rupa Pawar’s house, over in Maherjavla Tanda 3. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s always something going on with the agro business. We formed this company to bring the local farmers together because it's hard to get anything done on your own these days. We deal with the crops grown around here and try to figure out the best way to move them. The house serves as our main point of contact for everyone in the Tanda. It’s not a formal corporate office, just a place where we sit down and talk about the prices and the weather. Most of us are relatives or neighbors, so we know each other's problems pretty well. We handle the collection of produce and make sure the paperwork is sorted out for the government requirements. Sometimes it’s a lot of work just keeping track of everything coming in from the different fields. We don’t use big words or fancy brochures to describe what we do. We just work the land and try to make sure we don't lose out when the markets fluctuate. It’s a local effort, run by people who live right here in Maherjavla. Every day brings a new challenge, maybe a tractor breaks down or the rain doesn't come, but we just keep going. We are just a group of people trying to make a living from the soil and hoping for the best each season. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized.
