Shivraj Agro Industries

Down here at S. No. 45 on Gujarwadi Road in Katraj, things move at their own pace. We are based in the Nimbalkarvasti area, which is a bit of a mix of old spots and newer sheds. Shivraj Agro Industries has been operating out of this location for a while now. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical setup where we handle the agro work. The road outside can get quite busy with tractors and local transport, especially during the harvest seasons. We have a small team of people who have mostly been with us since the start. There is a lot of mud around when it rains and the sun hits the roof pretty hard in April. We spend most of our time out in the workspace rather than sitting behind desks. If someone calls, they usually talk to the same person every time. We don't really do big meetings or have many visitors in suits. We just talk over tea in the morning and figure out what needs to be moved or processed that day. Kattraj is a good area because it feels connected to the farms but still close enough to the city. We keep the gate open most of the day and just get on with it. It’s a simple life here and we focus on getting the agro supplies sorted without making a big fuss about things.
