Shivchaitanya Career Academy

Our place is located on the third floor of Sagar Heights. If you know the Pune Satara Road, you know how busy it gets around Dhankawadi and Balaji Nagar. We’ve been here for a while, watching the traffic go by from our windows. Shivchaitanya Career Academy is really just a group of us trying to help people figure out their next steps in life. Whether it’s preparing for a specific job or just getting better at a subject, we try to provide a space for that. The walk up to the third floor is a bit of a workout if you don't use the lift, but it’s worth it. We get a lot of young people coming in from the surrounding residential areas. Most of them are looking for some direction or just a quiet place to study with a bit of guidance. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs and high-tech gadgets. We have desks, chairs, and plenty of books. We spend our days talking to students and helping them with their forms or their lessons. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when classes are switching over, but that's just how it is. We like being in this part of Pune. It feels real and connected to the people living here. We don't promise anything impossible; we just help people work hard. It’s a straightforward business and we take it day by day. Every student who comes in has a different story, and we listen to them.
