Shivbaagro Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Adhegaon. If you are looking for us, we are at Machhindra H Thokalat’s place. It’s a small village in the Kannad taluka. Most of us here are just local folks working together on the farming side of things. We started this because it felt like we needed to organize ourselves a bit better. There’s a lot of work that goes into managing the crops and the sales. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room where we meet and talk about what needs to happen next for the season. Some days are quieter than others, especially when everyone is busy out in the fields. We handle the paperwork and the distribution from here. It gets dusty, and the internet isn't always the fastest, but we make it work. Adhegaon is home, so everyone knows where to find us. We don't use big words or fancy strategies. We just talk about the weather, the prices, and how to get the produce to the market. It’s practical work. Sometimes the meetings go long because we all have different ideas, but that’s just how it is with a group of farmers. We’re just trying to keep the business side of our farming steady so everyone can keep going and maybe make life a little easier for the families in the village.
