Shivam Computers

You can find us in Koregaon Park, inside Shatwar Mansion on the first floor. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always people moving around outside. We mostly handle computer repairs and sales. It’s a small shop, really. We have parts scattered around and some old monitors stacked in the corner. People from the neighborhood bring their laptops when they stop working. We also sell some basic components like cables or keyboards. It isn't a high-end showroom. It's more of a workshop. We started this because we liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked. Now it's a full-time job. We have one or two people usually working on the hardware while someone else talks to the customers. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of machines in for repair. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Word of mouth usually brings people in. The first floor of Shatwar Mansion is easy enough to find. We just like fixing things. It’s satisfying when an old computer starts up again. We stay open late most days because that’s when people are free to drop things off. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the computers running for the folks around Koregaon Park.
