Shiv Vishnu Agri Farms Llp

We operate out of Unit 2 in Shanta Residency, which is part of the Shanti Sheela housing society on Law College Road. It’s got a long official address with all those CTS numbers like 51B+127/25, but most people just know the building. Shiv Vishnu Agri Farms is an LLP, and we handle the business side of several agricultural projects from here. Being in a city like Pune means we’re close to the markets and the banks, which helps with the administrative side of things. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a flat where we’ve set up some desks and a couple of computers. There’s always a lot of maps of farmland spread out over the tables because we spend a lot of time planning what goes where. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look corporate. We’re just a small group of people who know a lot about land and crops. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other times it’s quiet while we’re all out on site visits. We don't really use big business words; we just talk about what needs to be done to get the harvest in and the bills paid. It can be a bit chaotic with all the paperwork involved in an LLP, but we manage to stay on top of it most of the time. We’re just here doing the work every day.
