We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s a working space where we store our gear and talk about the next planting cycle. We are just a group of local people who know each other well. Most of us have been farming these same plots for years. We put this company together because it’s easier to handle the business side of things as a group. It’s not always a smooth process. There’s a lot of talk, sometimes we disagree, but we always figure it out. We spend a lot of time watching the sky and hoping for rain. It’s a simple existence but it’s ours.
