Shilputsi

Shilputsi is based out in Pashan, which is a bit quieter than the main center of Pune, and we like it that way. Being away from the massive crowds helps us focus a bit better. We’ve been around for a while, just handling our daily business from this part of town. It’s a pretty straightforward operation. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s mostly just the core team working out of the office, dealing with whatever comes across our desks. Pashan has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings popping up, but our routine stays mostly the same. We spend a lot of time on calls and looking over documents. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes things a bit slow, but that’s just life in Pune. We don't put on airs here. If you come by, you’ll probably see us dressed casual, just trying to get through the to-do list. We handle a lot of different requests, and every day brings something slightly different. It’s nice to have a steady place to work where everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. We aren't looking to change the world, just doing our part and keeping the business moving forward. It’s a decent living and the people we work with are good folks. That's really all there is to it. We keep things moving and try not to worry about the small stuff too much.
