We are situated at Hno 1328 in Wadgaon Rasai, a village in the Shirur Taluka of Pune district. Our name is Sheti-Tantra Rasayan Llp, which basically means we deal with the techniques and chemistry of farming. The office is just a regular house in the village that we’ve converted for our business use. It’s a very local operation. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around the main desk talking about the latest farming methods or the chemicals needed for the current season. Wadgaon Rasai is a quiet place, but we stay busy because there is always something to do on a farm. We don't have a corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us trying to share what we know about sheti-tantra with the people around here. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and notebooks, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting different plots and seeing how the crops are growing. It’s a simple life, focused on the soil and the science of making things grow better.
