Our place is located at Runwal Meadows which is just off the Pune-Bangalore Highway in Warje. It's actually a pretty convenient spot if you are traveling from the highway side. We are at 3/33 and it is a straightforward office setup. Nothing too flashy going on here. We deal with a lot of daily operations and it keeps the team pretty occupied from morning until evening. The area around Warje has changed quite a bit over the years and there are more shops and buildings popping up all the time. Sometimes the noise from the highway carries over but you get used to it after a week or two. Inside the office it is just a bunch of desks and people talking on phones or typing away. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings and suits. It's more about getting the job done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We have our tea breaks and sometimes we chat about the weather or the traffic which is usually bad. It feels like a regular workplace where everyone knows each other. We’ve been in this 411052 area for a good while and it feels like the right fit for us. It’s not a massive operation but we stay busy and that is what matters. Just a local team doing their thing every day in Pune, trying to stay on top of the workload without any fuss.
