Shelik Industries

We are set up at 2 Vadgaon Budruk, inside the Madiwale Colony. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot if you aren't familiar with the colony lanes. Shelik Industries has been operating out of this unit for some time. The building is older, with some cracks in the plaster and some faded paint, but it holds up well enough for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly industrial stuff, tools, and materials waiting to be moved or used. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there working on something. Vadgaon Budruk is a busy place, but Madiwale Colony stays a bit quieter than the main drag. We start early when the air is still cool because the afternoon sun hits the metal roof pretty hard. Most of the guys live nearby, so we just walk or ride our bikes in. We don't really have big meetings or anything corporate like that. We just look at the orders and get to work. Sometimes the tea stall guy comes around with his kettle, and that’s the highlight of the morning. It’s a basic life here at the shop. We keep things moving and try to stay organized, even if the floor gets a bit messy by the end of the shift. We just do our work and go home.
