Shekhar Interiors

Shekhar Interiors is our little business based out of Sangavi at Shop Zone 37999. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here for a while now. We mainly do things like kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and general interior stuff for homes around the area. We aren't some big firm with people in suits, it is just us in our work clothes. Most of our day is spent handling wood and making sure everything is cut to the right size. It gets pretty dusty in the shop, but that’s part of the trade. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing fancy stuff about ourselves. We’d rather be out at a house fixing a shelf or planning out a new layout for a bedroom. People in Sangavi usually find us by word of mouth, which is fine by us. We just try to be practical and use materials that actually last. There is no point in putting in something that looks good but breaks in a month. We have a lot of regular customers who come back when they move to a new place or want to change a room. It is a slow and steady kind of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make people's houses a bit more comfortable to live in. If you stop by the shop, you'll probably hear a saw running and see us covered in sawdust.
